When you are working in a busy job, it is easy to get immersed in the everyday. My coaching work helps those who need to take reflection time to change some aspects of themselves. I act as a sounding board about careers, and how people are seeing and dealing with issues, politics and difficult circumstances in work. I work with them to achieve their aspirations and a sense of perspective.
Coaching involves meeting regularly to set goals, assess progress and oversee a process of personal development. 360 feedback is part of the process. I use a diagnostic tool which is values based, developed by corporate transformation - www.valuescentre.com. I am trained in and use the Frameworks for Change coaching process. This is an intuitive tool which creatively explores innovative solutions to personal and work quandaries.
